Operate within the Northumberland area.

Be an organisation or community project which works with and advocates for young people who have been permanently excluded from mainstream school and:

• Are aged 11-16

• Do not have an EHCP

• Are not currently in the Youth Justice System

Be able to confirm you have, or will obtain if successful, the necessary public liability insurance as part of the application process or before funds are released. Proof of a valid policy will be requested.

OR be a young person who is home-educated due to not being able to attend mainstream education for reasons such as:

• SEND

• School avoidance

• Mental health and wellbeing
